About this campaign

I have been selected to join Operation Christmas Child Team to Costa Rica. A team of individuals from across Canada will travel with Samaritan’s Purse to Costa Rica to partner with the local Operation Christmas Child (OCC) National Leadership Team to distribute OCC shoebox gifts and minister in various communities. Samaritan’s Purse is an inter-denominational relief and development organization committed to helping people, and to proclaiming Christ’s name.

This cause has been on my heart since I first heard about it, just a couple of years ago. I am truly blessed and I want to help others. I am hoping to become more aware of the culture and needs of the people in Costa Rica in order to truly understand them and share Christ’s love with them.

This is a great cause in which many of you may already contribute by packing shoeboxes. I am very excited to be part of a team to distribute some of them and meet these beautiful children!

Thank you!
