About this campaign

This October I have the opportunity to participate in fellowship and outreach with local partners in the Himalayas! My group will be working with Samaritan's Purse and their local ministry workers in remote areas. We will be trekking long distances over mountains terrain to reach the areas where we will be assisting.

I hope and pray that we can provide help and encouragement to those we meet, and that we will learn and grow in the process.

If you like, I would be honored if you would donate to this cause! Samaritan's Purse is a really amazing charity with programs all over the world, addressing almost every need you can think of. They have comparatively low overhead so the vast majority of your donation will go to the ministry.

Samaritan’s Purse Canada supports a local organization in the Himalayas in their vision to see least reached tribal groups transformed spiritually and socially through the Word and good deeds so that they love and glorify God. A team of volunteers will go on a two-week trek through the Himalayas to participate in fellowship and outreach with local workers and families, and to teach English in a remote mission school.
