Actions de Santé Communautaire – Lubumbashi Project
Actions de Santé Communautaire (ASC) is a community initiative founded by Pastor Makonga Ilunga Noé, missionary pastor and trained nurse serving with Source of Life Evangelical Assembly. Renting the house for the medical health, in a semi urban place, characterised by a poverty. After completing the Reach Program training with Operation Mobilization Zambia in 2023 and continuing studies in disability ministry, he was deeply moved by the needs of vulnerable children.
In Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo, many children with disabilities, orphans, and vulnerable children are excluded from education and lack access to basic health services. ASC seeks to establish a community center that will provide inclusive education, health support, and social assistance.
Phase 1 Budget – $15,000:
Purchase of land (plot): $10,000
Legal documentation and registration: $1,000
Temporary structure / first classroom: $3,000
